Our assortment of Pâtissier combines classic success formulas with exciting new
flavours in smooth ice cream.Fruit below zero, a new trend in ice cream, is a high quality fruit ice consisting of more than 60% fruit and natural ingredients. Our latest introduced brand is Domini Ice Cream. A concept of impuls ice cream for the Dutch and Belgium wholesale and out of home market.
Furthermore, our main goal is being the best partner in private label ice cream.
Clients as Albert Heijn (The Netherlands). Pingo Doce (Portugal), Continente (Portugal),
Eismann (Germany), Deli XL (The Netherlands) and Australian Homemade Ice Cream already entered into partnership with Icepalace.
